Working mom : what's your secret in managing home, kids and work.

Hi ladies,

We all know how though it is to be a working mom. Take care of the family and focus on your career. Be able to leave all personal issues behind and go have a good productive day at work then come home and start all over again.

Has anyone found the secret to make this hard work lighter. If it's working out for you please share it.

A good friend of mine once told me she does everything during the week. She will do laundry, grocery shopping Wednesday and Thursday that way she has the whole week-end to relax and enjoy her family. I tried that and it's seems to be working out fine for me.
